It is strategically located, right by the beach and just 200 m from Morro de São Paulo’s main shopping road; however, this convenient location does mean the villa is accessible only by stairs (since it is built on a slope). People with impaired mobility may want to consider some of the other properties available, although, in truth, all of Morro de São Paulo might be tricky to navigate with mobility issues, since it is full of slopes and no-car zones, which make walking a must around the island. Please take this into account when considering this beautiful destination.

Housekeeping services are available Monday-Saturday and bedding and towels are changed every three days. If you choose to stay here, you will enjoy total privacy; there are no communal areas and no part of the villa is shared with other guests outside of your party.
